Mohammed is originally from Imlil, a Berber village in the amazing High Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
After university, Mohammed worked in Marrakech for a while, before listening to the call to return to homeland. He graduated from the notoriously tough Centre de Formation Aux Metiers de Montagne as well as the Federation Royale de Ski et Montagne. Today he is an extremely experienced guide, and we can think of no one better to get you off the beaten path in the beautiful Berber homelands. He has summited Toubkal (the highest mountain in North Africa) countless times, and also Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
In his free time, Mohammed enjoys active holidays and likes to travel, camp, and see new places with his young family. They like to go to cities and go sightseeing, especially museums and historic places, and their favourite destinations are Nepal, Peru and New Zealand
