Here is a guideline itinerary which is capable of extension and modification.

Day 1/2 - Depart London and arrive Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel. 

Day 3 - Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley to get used to the increased altitude and soak up the culture of this amazing city.

Day 4 - Today we fly to Lukla (2800m). We trek to Phakding at 2621m - a gentle acclimatisation trek.

Day 5 - Trek to Namche Bazar (3445m).

Day 6 - Rest day for acclimatisation. As part of the acclimatisation, we take a 2 hr walk uphill to the village of Khumjung, where the monastery claims to hold a piece of Yeti Scalp! (3800m)  

Day 7 - Trek to Thyangboche (3860m) 

Day 8 - Trek to Dingboche (4410m) 

Day 9 - Optional hike to Chukung Ri (5550m) 

Day 10 - Trek to Lobuje (4920m)

Day 11 - Excursion to Everest Base camp. Overnight at Gorakshep. – (5140m)

Day 12 - Early morning hike to Kalapathar ( 5550m) descend to Pheriche (4240m) 

Day 13 - Return down the valley to camp at Namche. 

Day 14 - Trek to Lukla. 

Day 15 - Fly to Kathmandu 

Day 16 - Spare day to explore and celebrate!

Day 17 - Fly home
