Here is a guideline itinerary which is capable of extension and modification.
DAY 1/2 - Depart London and arrive Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
DAY 3 - Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley.
DAY 4 - Fly to Lukla (2800m). Trek to Phakding at 2621m
DAY 5 - Trek to Namche Bazar (3445m)
DAY 6 - Rest day for acclimatisation. As part of the acclimatisation, we take a 2 hr walk uphill to the village of Khumjung, where the monastery claims to hold a piece of Yeti Scalp! (3800m)
DAY 7 - Trek to Thyangboche (3860m)
DAY 8 - Trek to Dingboche (4410m)
DAY 9 - Optional hike to Chukung Ri (5550m)
DAY 10 - Trek to Lobuje (4920m)
DAY 11 - Excursion to Everest Base camp. Overnight at Gorakshep. – (5140m)
DAY 12 - Early morning hike to Kalapathar ( 5550m) descend to Pheriche (4240m)
DAY 13 - Return down the valley to camp at Namche
DAY 14 - Trek to Lukla.
DAY 15 - Fly to Kathmandu
DAY 16 - Spare day to explore.
DAY 17 - Fly home
