Our purpose is to transform the detection and treatment of colon cancer. We do this in two ways, we raise funds to support leading-edge research that will help transform the treatment of colon cancer and we promote awareness of the need to get tested regularly for colon cancer

Join 40tude to celebrate Tom's life and the power of coming together to raise awareness of colon cancer and funds to support pioneering research into the early diagnosis and treatment. A weekend of sporting adventures, fine food and wine and plenty of fun.

Register here to confirm your place.We start the weekend off with a wine tasting experience from a local winemaker, Florent. We spend Saturday walking or cycling in the local countryside followed by the 'Big Dinner' and auction. Then time for some friendly competition on the Sunday. Throughout the weekend there will be opportunities to hear stories from the Lion Legends and get a greater understanding of the vital work 40tude is doing to combat colon cancer.
Please note that flights are not included and you will need to book your flights to/from Bordeaux. You will need to arrive by midday on Friday 16 May. We will provide coach transfers to/from Bordeaux to Manoir de Longeveau. If you need to depart on Sunday, we will provide an airport transfer on Sunday after lunch.

Trip Details
You will need to arrive in Bordeaux by midday. You will be picked up by our private coach and transported to Manoir de Longeveau, a 1.5-hour drive. We will provide details of the transfer times once we have details of your flight arrivals. We have exclusive use of Manoir de Longeveau from Friday 16 to Monday 19 May. There will be lunch on arrival and time to settle into your accommodation before a welcome from 40tude and the Lion Legends. Before dinner there will be a wine tasting experience led by Florent Lagrenaudie, a local winemaker from Perigord. Tonight we will enjoy a three course meal.

Today you can choose to trek, cycle or trail run in the local countryside, all activities will led by the 40tude and the Tribal Tracks team. We will work with you to make sure you are in the right activity based on your fitness and preference, today is designed to be fun. There will be time to relax in the afternoon and enjoy a swim before we meet for the 'Big Celebration Dinner' and auction.
After breakfast we will meet in 'The Lions Den' for our activity briefings and then head out into the stunning countryside on foot or on wheels. You can choose to trek, cycle or run, the details of the routes will be provided in the coming months. It will be useful for us to know your preferred activity in advance and we have requested this on the booking form. All activities will start and finish at Longeveau.
After our activities we will return to Longeveau for a late lunch and enjoy some time to relax before the 'Big Celebration Dinner' and auction.

Enjoy a fun and friendly sports competition in the beautiful grounds of Manoir de Longeveau. Led by the Lion Legends, activities will include tennis, archery, rugby netball and much more. Perfect for all skill levels and guaranteed to be enjoyable!
We will meet in the 'Lions Den' where you will be allocated your teams for today's Sports Competition which will run throughout the morning. The winning team will be announced at lunch and be presented with their prize. In the afternoon you can relax in the grounds of Manoir de Longeveau. Today we have exclusive use of the 9 hole golf course for use in the afternoon. Sets of golf clubs can be borrowed. Tonight we will enjoy our final dinner. We will provide transport for those who want to depart on Sunday after lunch. We politely asked that you do not leave before 2pm.

Trip Details
There will be trekking, cycling, trail running and sports activities throughout the weekend. You should bring the right equipment for these activities. Specific kit lists will be provided in the coming weeks. For the sports activities on Sunday you will need trainers, comfortable sports clothes and a sense of humour! In addition you will need to bring smart/casual clothes for dinners on Friday and Sunday. Saturday will be the 'Big Celebration Dinner' and this will be cocktail dresses and jackets.
