You should be an experienced and confident trekker with a high level of endurance and fitness to enjoy these trips. The routes will be more difficult, but never technical, although adverse weather conditions may require the use of some equipment such as crampons.
Days will generally be long, 8+ hours, with more days of consecutive trekking than on lower graded trips.
