Previous trekking experience is desirable (although not necessary) as long as you have a good level of fitness and endurance. There will be consecutive days of longer trekking in more remote areas with rougher paths. Days will be around 5-9 hours often with some steep ascents and descents. There may be some adverse or extreme weather conditions and terrain (such as heat and sand) and you may be at 3000m plus altitude for some of the trek. There will be more consecutive days spent in basic accommodation, such as wild camps, with no or few facilities.
Take it to the next level if you have joined us on an easier trek, or if you have good fitness and endurance, or are prepared to train, choose one of these trips for a superb adventure.
